Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Price and renewal
CUNY Seats membership costs $5 USD per month. It is a recurring subscription that renews automatically each month until canceled. The price and renewal interval are shown again before you enter Stripe Checkout.
Payment handling
Stripe hosts checkout, stores payment methods, processes charges, and provides receipts. CUNY Seats stores Stripe account and membership references and billing status, but not complete card numbers.
Cancellation
You can open Billing and use the Stripe Customer Portal to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and tracking access remains available until that date unless the membership is otherwise suspended.
Refunds
Charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or when we determine that a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred. Contact support@cunyseats.com promptly with the account email and charge date. Do not send card details by email.
