Information we collect
We store your email address, selected campuses, terms, courses and sections, notification history, and Stripe customer/subscription references. Stripe—not CUNY Seats—collects and processes payment information.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, check publicly available class information, deliver requested alerts, administer memberships, prevent abuse, support users, and operate and secure the service.
Service providers
We use Stripe for hosted billing and AWS services for hosting, logs, backups, and email delivery. These providers process limited information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and tracking information while your account is active and retain limited operational, billing, fraud-prevention, and backup records when reasonably necessary. To request account or personal-data deletion, contact support@cunyseats.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, dispute, or legal purposes.
